I have mixed feelings about my stay at Brisamar Hotel & Spa. The staff were absolutely friendly and always ready to help, which I appreciated a lot. However, the rooms were somewhat worn and basic, which didn't quite meet my expectations for a four-star hotel. Also, the noise from the alleyway was a bit bothersome at night.
